Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 1/4 of an avocado mashed to spread on my toast, cherry tomatoes, iced coffee and a mango. The breakfast of champions!
Snack: Apple and Yoplait 100 calorie Greek yogurt pineapple and passion fruit.
Omg, best yogurt ever! Plus Yoplait Greek only has 9 grams of sugar. Many times flavored Greek yogurt can have more than 20 grams of sugar. I just bought 2 to try them out and I liked them so much I had to run back to the store to stock up.
Lunch: Hummus and pretzel thins and a water. Was running errands and before I knew it, it was close to dinner time so I grabbed a snack while I grocery shopped.
Dinner: Zucchini spaghetti with lean ground beef and sautťed mushrooms, garlic toast with cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Well I was trying to make spaghetti and use spaghetti squash for the noodles but I couldnít find the squash anywhere. I went to 4 different stores and finally gave up. I bought zucchini and used a peeler to make it into ribbons but it didnít really have that ďpastaĒ taste. It just tasted like I put zucchini in my marinara sauce. Oh well it was still good.
Snack. McDís vanilla ice cream cone
Exercise: Way too cold for river walking. I woke up to it being in the high 50ís and itís July! Wtf? So I came up with a plan B. I took Becca for a walk, did 10 flights of stairs and did the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. Omg, that DVD kicked my butt. I was dripping buckets by the time it was over and Iím still sore today! It hurts but it hurts so good.

Tori and I actually live close to each other so we try and get together on a regular basis but this was the first time we got to meet Ashley because she lives in Delaware. But thankfully she was in our neck of the woods visiting family. It was good times and so nice to meet in person and get to catch up and hang out. Ashley it turns out is as amazing as she seems and so is Tori! Iím a lucky girl to call these two friends.
Lunch: Chicken and shrimp fajitas (no tortillas) came with veggies, refried beans, shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I mostly ate the meat and veggies.
Dinner: Chicken mozzarella ravioli with garlic infused olive oil, roasted Brussel sprouts and roasted cherry tomatoes.
Exercise: 40 minute walk with Becca

Summary: I rock, what I can say? This past week and the weekend were spot on for calories and exercise. I love it when I can look back and see how well I did with my eating specifically. It just makes me feel good that Iím making healthy choices and doing good things for my body. I need more weeks like this!
Plus I'm super close to meeting my goal of getting down to 209 for Rich and my 2 year anniversary which is on Saturday. I'm so close I can taste it and I want it bad!!!
