I need to put this out there for ME

1. I WANT
* to like the way I look and feel
* to be healthy
* to wear the clothes in my closet

2. I WILL
* watch my portions and food choices
* exercise, both strength and cardio
* drink my water

3. I WON'T
* let other people's choices derail mine
* obsess over weight-loss per se
* go crazy after the inevitable slip-up


And two other "I WILL"s:
*I WILL post this in my kitchen, and
*I WILL revisit in two weeks to fine-tune, and make measureable goals. But for now, I just need to work on the attitude adjustment.
