Today is day 29 of the 30 day challenge, can you believe it!?

I am taking the kids to Lazerquest this afternoon! That should be fun!

Been doing laundry, up and down stairs included there....

Tonight I am going swimming for about an hour!

It has been a long time since I got in the water to train, so tonight is almost like a "Re entry" into training and I can't tell you how excited I am about it!

I manages to get through all the social things this weekend without too much damage, at the brunch I had to leave before they started eating.....then at the lunch I had a salad! So all was good!

no dessert for either occasions! ( well except ONE chocolate dipped strawberry before I left the ladies to their brunch! ) The hostess insisted! lol

Have a good MONDAY everyone!

    Hi there
checking in briefly - sitting at the table is a pain in the back - but it's great to be online again. I hated having no access to WiFi for a couple of weeks. Thank goodness for BBM, WhatsApp and FB on phones!

I'm more or less back where I was 13 years ago when I first started going to gym - feeling like a newbie in Aqua - slow and unable to do several moves; banned from studio work (because the Doc doesn't trust me - can't say I blame him, really) until further notice, and vigorous instructions not to do any garden or housework, or lift anything heavier than a pencil. Interestingly, I'm not allowed to do chair exercises either - have to heal and get rid of all inflammation.

Not much interested in food these days - initially there was some weight loss but I didn't get much water in hospital either and it soon settled again. Ho hum!

OMG! Have not had much time to even get on
the computer, so sorry about not being here.
I can't believe that this month has gone already.
I now know that sugar is not for me as it makes
me feel sick afterwards. Yay, now I know I can do
without it. Have a great day. emoticon

Doing good. I was on Vacation for the last 5 days. Haven't weighed in yet but will tomorrow. I don't think I did much damage. My clothes feel good. I really need to get my exercise in though!!!

Hope you have a great swim Mel:)

Woohoo Lis193 on the white jeans. I love that look, but the body is not ready for white pants of any sort yet. One day. one day!

Today was good. No plans for sugar. The boyfriend did however bake brownies that I fully intend on eating when this challenge is over. Lucky gal that I am to have a BF who cooks and bakes. Well sometimes it is a curse to the waistband.

Off to lift weights and I signed up for a kickboxing class. Downside is it is at 6am!!! One day I will be a morning person. Chatted with one of the trainers and checked out their Facebook page and it seems like a perfect fit. The sound like a bunch of Sparkers:)

A couple more days till the end of the challenge!
Today was good, I left after breakfast and had a nice browse in Durango, picked up DH at the garage (his truck is in for work, so we're down to DD's car) and stopped in the health food store. Nice produce and other healthy stuff but soooo expensive!! We got lunch from their deli - a nice chopped salad for me and DH had soup and a sandwich.
Tomorrow I go to "my" store in Pagosa and get the rest of the groceries for the next week-10 days.
Weight in in the middle 134's, nice and stable below goal.
News flash: I wore white jeans today (first time ever!), I felt so elegant with my navy polka dot top and high heeled sandals but anxious to keep them clean - I changed the moment I got home LOL
