Last week of challenge

Todays challenge is to write a recap for our fitness challenge for my team The Meltaways.
How did I do? Well,
I have lost 6 pounds.
I eat more fruits and vegetables.
I work to reach my 10,000 steps everyday!
I make sure to enter my calories in each day, no matter if I go over.
To me... that's progress! So I would rate this a success!!!
I haven't been losing as much as I wanted but, I haven't been working out like I said I would. If I were to change anything, I would workout 6 days a week (one of my goals).
For the future:
I would like to keep up the progress I have made. I want to keep up losing 2 pounds a week. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. Adding more fiber to my diet, while trying to up my protein intake.
We shall see!
