Day#22-Down 11 pounds:):):)

So today makes it day #22. In the last three weeks I have gone down 11 pounds and today is the start of that time of month! I am one happy lady at my progress.
I have gained weight back and a lot of more on top of that but I am not focusing on that. I am not thinking about how I have already lost this weight and how much I gained. This is a fresh start no looking back just forwards and it has really helped.
The biggest thing that has helped as well is clean eating. I got rid of processed foods in my diet. The first week i was miserable and detoxing and full of craving but now the cravings are gone. It really helps me keep on track. With my son having Sensory processing disorder I have been changing his diet as well. His body is so sensitive to things so eliminating gluten and dairy and processed foods from his diet. I have been switching things out his diet slowly or he would just stop eating but it has been successful!
I had been vegetarian and vegan for many years and the last year I added a little meat back in my diet but I do love good vegan finds and this was mine this week. And it is gluten free. It is called Dosa. 1/3 cup red lentils 2/3 cup of rice soak it over night and in the morning blend it up with a little water and you can cook it like crepes. So I have been using it instead of bread or pancakes the possibilities are endless!
I also have been making an effort to take care of myself and getting dressed up and doing my hair and makeup. I dyed my hair gave myself some more highlights. They turned out perfectly and it was only $17!

This Wednesday I have something set up to reach one of my big goals that has been on my list for 10 years! Wish me luck and I will let everyone know on that day of it went!
My goals for this week and exercise 5x. Jillian 5x or elliptical 5x for 30 mins or switch it up but do it! It is going to be a stressful week and exercise helps!
