Day #8 - New Week, New Day, New Opportunity!!! Make it

HAAAAAPPPPEEEENNNNN!!!! Good morning, afternoon, evening Sparkers!!!

I'm excited this morning as you can probably tell emoticon No particular reason just happy to have the opportunity to see another day. I'm feeling a lot more focused on my journey. The walk on Saturday really made me feel like I'm getting back on track. I almost walked again yesterday but decided to rest. It rained anyway so that kept me inside too.

Nope I didn't set up my work stations. I was SO lazy on Saturday after my morning walk and little cleaning. I just think I try to do too much on the weekends and I need to learn to spread my cleaning out throughout the week. I try to clean, wash clothes, run errands and live all in 2 days. I'm not as young as I use to be ... lol. I recently told my sister...there was a time I could clean the entire house at one time without breaks. Now I clean a room and take an hour break lol... Funny thing is - I'm the only one at home so why does it take so much effort?! Well with the recent remodeling work and reorganizing it takes time to go through things, dust off things and decide where to put things. Storage is so important when you're shopping for furniture and rearranging stuff. I had 2 ottomans that were storage bins but I'm getting rid of them. Now what to do with the blankets I had hidden inside? :( Oh buy some new storage ottomans...problem solved tee hee...

Okay so my NO EXCUSES week 2 is in full effect. To the gym after work and strength training today. I will do some sort of house work today as well. We're having revival starting tomorrow at church so I may not get to keep up this routine all week but I will try.

Was running super late this morning for work so I didn't ge to stop and pick up my lunch/breakfast for today. I grabbed some leftover chinese rice, plenty bottles of water and bowl of watermelon for today's eating. Guess I better stop tonight and pick up some stuff so I can eat better this week.
