it has been busy!
friday, july 19th, i weighed in at 136.2
that is correct, 136.2.
that was a 2lb loss, a little more.
saturday, 20th, we went to wilkes-barre pa to pick up my mom.
met at dennys, where i made good choices!
i had a cheese quesadilla and a bagel.
came home, had lasagna for dinner and garlic bread.
sunday, we didnt do much.. went to the monkery up the street here to see monks, got some fruitcake from them, went to the store and farmers market.
my mom got a whole box of krispy kreme donuts but i avoided them.
monday, we went to the olive garden where i got one of their 500 calorie or less meals--portobella mushroom ravioli and my gosh it was so good. i will be ordering this from now on.
tuesday we had mediterranean--she had a kabob and i had a falafel sandwich which was so good!
wednesday was the olive garden where i had the same thing.
thursday we had mongolian grill and chinese buffet.
friday we had outback steakhouse--my most favorite--a blooming onion and i had their no rules parmesan pasta with broccoli. for dinner, we had mexican.
saturday, we met my family in lebanon pa at friendlys and i had a boca burger and fries. my mom also ordered their family ice cream thing with 12 scoops of ice cream.
the husband and i had to leave just about as soon as it came out since he had made an appointment pretty close to the time we were meeting my family an hour away. so it was an eat and run situation, unfortunately.
we came back home with a half a dozen krispy kremes from my dad and had leftover mexican for dinner.
sunday, yesterday, woke up and went to the gym for 40 minutes. and we were going to go grocery shopping, etc. but the husband had to work and we finally left at 4pm. i had taken a nap on the couch.
we were at the last store and the husband dropped me off and then when he picked me up, he had ordered little ceasar's for dinner.
deep dish cheese pizza with bread.
today, i am a low 141.
am i upset?
not at all.
as long as i was under 150, i didnt care too much.
i mean, there is only so much avoiding and only so much willpower a person can have, you know?
yesterday i began tracking calories again--minus the pizza.
and today, ive walked for an hour already in the midst of getting the house back to clean.
ive tracked breakfast and whatnot.
also going to get in a strength training workout.
so, thats where ive been, where the scale has been and how it is going.
