I've been getting lots of exercise but I've been eating way too many things that I shouldn't (like the bag of jelly beans that I had last night) so this morning I hit the reset button. I weighed in and changed my weight. I'm going back to eating three square meals and little processed food. I know I can do it; I've done it before. Wish me luck!

    I'm doing the same thing. After several weeks at conferences and camp, I got off track. The key is not letting these moments do us in but setting the reset button as you've done. Best wishes!
