The best compliment I got yet

Monday, July 29, 2013

As usual, I weighed myself and surprise...not much difference.

It doesn't matter though. My husband said yesterday, oh I can really see you are losing weight. No matter what the scale says, I don't care.

I was really glad my husband noticed. I couldn't make him exercise but maybe since he noticed, I hope he can change. He played badminton last Saturday and this is probably his third or fourth exercise for this year. He has been a diabetic for 10 years and I am always worried about his tests. I have told him a lot of times so hopefully it has started to rub off.

I will be starting month 2 of Insanity today so I am hoping I will survive and get fitter with it.

That's awesome! It's really a great feeling when they notice! Bask in it!!

Mine is against excercise too... But only cause it takes effort! It's taken along time but as I've stayed on this path mine has slowly begun to follow. He still doesn't really workout, but after years of talk he has got back into golf and is now riding bikes w our son...and he's the one that suggested it! And is even eating veggies...if i put them in front of him! So hang in there and he'll come around in his own time when he feels it's his idea.

I hope you can make it through month two, cause judging by your fit test results and seemingly perky persona....if you don't, I haven't a chance ! So hang in there, DIG DEEPER and pull me through!!

emoticon That's so great! You are right! It doesn't matter what the scale says because obviously your hard work is showing!

And yay for month 2 of Insanity! You will definitely survive and get fitter! No question about it. Just make sure you keep pressing play, eat right, and drink lots and lots of water! emoticon
