scary. not at all like the book but I really enjoyed it - I went into it not expecting the book so that was ok.

Movie popcorn though, soooooo many calories! Can't even think about the calories I used to get when I would have a large one with those enourmous drinks and a bag of candy....sheesh!

One small popcorn and water though was good. Hubby and I could probably happily share a small popcorn next time - but I kind of like having my own container - maybe start carrying one around - yes, I my just be that weird lady :) And I'm good with that!

Anyway go see it if you like scary suspenseful - fun times!

I don't like scary movies - so I appreciate the heads up (didn't think I'd go see it anyway).

I don't go to the movies often, but I used to have an IBS attack with corn or dairy - so no way to eat popcorn! So we eat a meal (lunch or dinner), then go to the movie and we don't need any snacks. Even now that my IBS has been fixed (well, at least as far as food and minerals), I still do this to avoid the calories (I'd rather have ice cream later :) But getting the small and water is a great idea - I'll pass that along to my sister who would rather have the movie popcorn than the ice cream.
