BLC #22 8 Week Fitness Re-Test

As part of the Biggest Loser Challenge #22's team the Sassy ShamROCK Sheriffs, we took a fitness test week 1 with the plan to retest at week 4, week 8 and week 12. Here are my Week 8 results:

I improved in every area.. some by a lot.. and some by a little.. I am most disappointed in my plank because I know I can do better.. I am most excited about my 1600 meter row!!

The other part of the test is flexibility.

Some improvement, I think, but my lower back was especially tight.. still need to work on my posterior chain.
