BLC #22 8 Week Fitness Re-Test

As part of the Biggest Loser Challenge #22's team the Sassy ShamROCK Sheriffs, we took a fitness test week 1 with the plan to retest at week 4, week 8 and week 12. Here are my Week 8 results:

I improved in every area.. some by a lot.. and some by a little.. I am most disappointed in my plank because I know I can do better.. I am most excited about my 1600 meter row!!

The other part of the test is flexibility.

Some improvement, I think, but my lower back was especially tight.. still need to work on my posterior chain.

    Your fitness schedule is so full you probably can't fit another thing in, but when you mentioned your flexibility I was wondering if you have ever tried yoga? It does wonders to keep my muscles relaxed and my joints open.

Thanks for info on the BLC. I hear many people talking about it here on SP and have thought about joining, but I already do the 5% Challenge and so I'm worried about spreading myself too thin (ha, ha, ha !) and not doing justice to either team. I know where I can find the link now.
