So, going vegan is an experience. I've always noticed foods like bok choy in the supermarket but have never picked them up. Don't get me wrong; I've always eaten my vegetables but never tried certain things. This is one I've never tried. From what I can see, bok choy resembles celery but I would never steam celery in a skillet with soy sauce, sesame seeds and peanut oil. This is my first attempt at the dish (or cooking with bok choy at all) and I'm really hoping that it turns out good. If anyone can recommend anything, please hit me up!
