How easily I forget that

1. I need very little food to be satisfied.
2. The first four bites taste the best.
3. I enjoy a meal when I am a tad hungry.
4. When I eat mindlessly, I lose awareness of how much or what I ate.
5. The fountain of youth is a healthy diet and exercise.
6. Emotional eating does not comfort me. It keeps me overweight and sluggish.
7. Refusing to overeat will not hurt someone else's feelings.
