I don't know how legible this is, but here's my calendar for August. One gold star already! Woohoo! My arms are feeling a little like jello right now.
Here's the 3x12 routine I diid:
wide push ups
15# dumbbell chest flyes
narrow push ups
15# dumbbell standing overhead tricep extension
15# dumbbell standing, bent over rows
Nice and easy!
The strawberries, celery, and blueberries are cleaned. The trash is at the curb, and the laundry is nearly done. I'm ready to take on another week!
