A week to work out like crazy. A week to walk on the Appalachian Trail, workout and go to Otakon and another week to work out like crazy before Mexico. I think that's a good bit of Summer vacation left. I'm going to watch a movie with dinner tonight and this week I will finish week 2 of the 5K your way program. It's been a lovely summer so far. Even if I'm not losing the weight I'm supposed to. About that, I'll do a much better job this week and stop being so Summer indulgent.
