1. blog progress/setbacks
2. drink water EVERY DAY not just weekdays.
3. Avoid alcohol like the plague
4. better balance on veggies over fruits
5. lean meats & protein galore.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO GLUTEN.
7. log calories
8. Run once/week
Well, it's the weekend and I'm holding strong. Need to get groceries so I can continue to stay strong throughout the week; it's the pits when you are out of just about everything!
Other than that, I've got nothing. Been a busy weekend, and my brain is just ready to shut off and chill for a little while before the madness of a new week begins. Just happy to have made it strong through the weekend because hands down that is my weakest time.
