Make sure you weight each week at the same time with the same clothing or no clothing. Well it depends. Are you being consistent week to week? If you allow your eating and exercise to fluctuate then your weight might fluctuate. Try to track EVERYTHING that you eat daily and your daily exercises for two more weeks and see if your problems remain the same.
