It is the collage i did to put on my bib and time on into a frame I have shadow boxes for my races as well as frames.
This was a tough race i'd say about 3K of it was all up 3 rolling hills I didn't know that the best part was i was able to woggle about 2k of it considering recouping from my groin injury that lasted longer then i wanted. My physical therapist told me to not attempt to jog the hills and i listened i have a half that is more important that i'm prepping for the half will be walked. Anyway i took 2 1 min walk breaks between my long jogs i was really happy with my progress. i have found the pace i can do longer distance as and i wouldn't have learned this without my PT lady. I'm really proud coming in at 58:13 considering the injury and hills i am pleased!!
This really has my competitive spirit up and i felt like once i battled those hills i can do anything up ... my friend whom iwalked the half up wheni hit the wall told me to walk it off pain is temporary i kept hearing him and my boss saying SUCK IT UP - WALK IT OFF! I DID IT & i'm proud!! Ready to sign up for another one!!!
