I have been eating healthy for the last couple of days. Cherries, mangoes, bananas, yum! I made a salad with my homegrown tomatoes and they were delicious. There really is a difference in taste when you grow your own veggies.
That being said, my husband and I just bought a house and I am already designing an area for composting and growing more veggies. I am very excited!
I am having beans with corn, peppers and potatos tonight and I am looking forward to it! I'm throwing it all together in a pan and making it like a hash. It's even good to eat for breakfast. I am not down any pounds but have only been eating healthy for a few days.
