My fiance works 15 days on and 6 days off....it sucks!
When he gets 6 days off we go out..ALLOT!
Out doing active things, but also out for dinner, out for lunch, out to movies etc etc
Usually those 6 days set me back...everything I manage to lose those 15 while he is gone are usually put back on in those 6 days off.
I knew this was my down fall so I knew if I wanted to keep moving forward I needed to change that!
When we went to the movie I let him it the movie theater popcorn and I "snuck in" my own lower fat/cal version of it.
When we went out for Supper, we both had fish...mine was a little different than his though....
It all comes down to making better choices without feeling deprived!
We went to Farmer's Market on Saturday and he was going to purchase a deep fried Churro filled with sweetness, but said he didn't want it to bug me...BUG ME?? NOOOOO someone eating "unhealthy" food in front of me doesn't "bug me". At the beginning it did, but now that the lifestyle I choose is a healthy one and that I choose to fuel my body seeing "junk food" doesn't bug me in the least! I am not saying I never Crave, sweet, salty or crunchy things...but I found healthier substitutes for those cravings.
