I consider this day one of my losing weight gude. let's just say it's not easy at all. But I am laying off the snacks and i am going to do my best in eating more healthy. I am going to start off the day by doing ten minutes of the treadmill and bike and then walking, That will cut me down to about 55 minutes of exercise. THen tomorrow I shall do Zumba which is in my case the best way to exercise. This is my weekly blog. I will keep you up to date weekly. Well off to exercise. Wish me luck.
