I can't believe that I haven't kept track on my page of the 18 Day Austerity Diet that ends on August 3rd.
I wanted to see if I could survive on the tiny bit of food I have left until I can do food shopping on August 3rd when my food allotment money comes in.
Yes, I've taken pics of the daily food, and even made a special folder on my hard drive to easily access so I can find all food pics for this 18 day austerity diet and then post them, but I haven't followed through and posted. It's way too time consuming to catch up and do it now.
I'm fragmented. All over the place. I got up from computer 30 minutes ago, to look at the box of sausage in freezer to get the name so I could track it, but while in kitchen, I ended up washing a dish, going outside to get mop and bucket, saw herbs were in need of water, watered herbs, then watered house plants, indoors, then mopped the empty hall closet so I can put all my SCUBA gear back in it. I haven't slept on my bed in a week cause I placed the dive gear on the bed. It had been sitting on the dining room table for a week. I WANTED TO WASH FLOOR OF CLOSET AND GET THIS EQUIPMENT OUT OF SIGHT. I want to free up my bed so I can sleep on it, and not the sofa.
My goal is to clean my bedroom and get my bed free of the dive gear so I can have a place to recover after my eye surgery on August 1rst.
Next, I cleared night table off of books, journals, scheduling pads, etc, and never washed or dried the table. Next I mopped half of bathroom, and then realized I didn't wash the night table so I did that, and one-half of one of my dresser. Then I walked back to computer and saw my photos didn't upload and camera battery was dead, so I charged that, and put dishes in dishwasher and heated coffee and here I am.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. I work from 6 AM until 11 PM every day and I AM FOREVER EXHAUSTED, but the house looks like a bomb went off.
I did all that just getting up from tracking my morning meal on SP food tracker to get a food product name to track today's breakfast. I almost forgot I was on the SP website I got so busy.
This is why I cannot stick to a diet. SERIOUSLY do I have adult ADHD???? I might.
