Every weekend - well, actually beginning on Friday, my husband and I hit all the local garage sales and thrift stores. We've done this almost every weekend for the last 5 years. What I didn't realize, until yesterday, is that I start the day with an egg McMuffin (now I do the new Delight), then lunch is usually Dairy Queen (should have been Subway). We don't get home until dinner time - which left no time for exercise. While getting in and out of the car and walking up and down driveways and stairs was exhausting, I wouldn't actually call it "exercise". I am looking for ideas on how to incorporate true exercise into the garage sale-ing experience. Ideas anyone?
