Well I gained 1/2 lb this week emoticon . Don't really know why but am not concerned. I have stayed on track all week. Walked every day, kept within my calorie range and pretty much drank all my water ( a little off on my water but working on it) In general I am happy with my progress.
I have been reading a lot of blogs to keep me motivated
In general I feel good, I have a lot more energy than I use to only one day this week did I feel down and started doubting why I was doing this, then I would read some blogs and I said to myself if this person could do this so can I. I am blessed with pretty good health just high cholestoral and my blood pressure is in check.
Today I will go grocery shopping and restock my fridge with some healthy food for the week.

    Love love love your attitude! I am with you! My body tends to fluctuate as much as 3 lbs but I try not to let it get to me as long as I know I am never giving up! I feel so good right now- both physically and mentally! I of course want to lose the lbs and be in a healthy weight zone but I also have told myself I can accept if I have to be "fat but fit". Physical fitness is so empowering! emoticon
