Today's challenge is to pay attention to my eating habits and not eat out of boredom. Just eat when I'm hungry.

This was a rough challenge for me. I tended to wait too long to eat, then overeat. I need to remind myself to stop when I'm full! Especially when something I'm eating is tasty! I do better with small portions through out the day.
