I actually walked 3 km (2 miles) in my first "race" ever yesterday, the practice run for Run for the Toad. Lots of hills! I was sweaty at the end but did it. Now I have signed up for the actual walking part of the "Run for the Toad" . It is 25 km but I am aiming for a single round of 12.5 km. I can't believe I am actually doing this. Got out the eating clean book because it will be better with some weight off.
this is the first time I am getting in shape not for medical reasons or "to lose weight". Amazing
