So slowly but surely the pounds started creeping back on and Im almost at the weight I was at when I first started trying to lose weight. Disappointing but its my own fault. Between school and interning and working and the stress of a failing marriage I simply have let myself slide. Its time to kick it back in gear. I'm registered for classes for the fall and the best part is I'm taking a dance class for my fine arts requirement. Its twice a week so not only am I a step closer to getting my degree its a weight loss tool built in =]
I just need to realize this is a setback not a failure and really commit to getting back on track.
