"Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD." Psalm 27:14
"Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield." Psalm 33:20
"I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope." Psalm 130:5
" I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry." Psalm 40:1
Note The words used by those who wait on God?
These are not words of frustration and confusion.
These are words of strength, salvation and blessings.
Waiting on God, as David, Isaiah and many others learned, means letting go and letting God.
It involves study, reflection, prayer, solitude and time apart from the world.
“Thus says the Lord who made it, the Lord who formed it to establish it (the Lord is His name): ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ Jeremiah 33:2-3 NKJV
