****30 DAY CHALLENGE****
1. blog progress/setbacks
2. drink water EVERY DAY not just weekdays.
3. Avoid alcohol like the plague
4. better balance on veggies over fruits
5. lean meats & protein galore.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO GLUTEN.
7. log calories
8. Run once/week
Holding strong! No gluten, drank water, lots of fruits & veggies, no cake. I did have a bloody mary, but that's a vegetable, right?
I feel like I snacked all day long, but it was mostly on gluten free crackers, and vegetables with hummus. Had some chips, but that was the worst thing I ate today, and it was NOT a lot. So overall, I'm happy with that. Logged calories, but they are an estimate as I had to try to remember what I ate all day long.
Now, just tired and ready for bed! It was a long day. Toning & Sentao practice tomorrow, so I don't think I'll run (no to mention my quads are KILLING me after running Friday and the stupid squat song I introduced this week. lol. My own fault, that one. Felt good and all the firs time around but for real, this morning in class I told the students "Trust me, this is gonna hurt me more than it hurts you!"
