Don't you just love when something happens in your life and you are forced to take a break for no apparent reason. SMH
I ended up having to take a week off of working out because of my long hours at work. Then this week I ended up having long hours plus I'm out of town for a few days. Weighted myself so that I can get started with the new 5% challenged and it said I had gained 5 lbs. Not sure if it's right or now. Using a totally different scale at some one else's house. We will see when I get back home.
So next week or in about 4 days I will be back on track. With no EXCUSES to get it in! Going to make my 5%$ this go around. Im less than 20 lbs away from my first goal. Time to push myself! I can and I will do this!
