Taking a break!

Sunday, July 28, 2013

Don't you just love when something happens in your life and you are forced to take a break for no apparent reason. SMH

I ended up having to take a week off of working out because of my long hours at work. Then this week I ended up having long hours plus I'm out of town for a few days. Weighted myself so that I can get started with the new 5% challenged and it said I had gained 5 lbs. Not sure if it's right or now. Using a totally different scale at some one else's house. We will see when I get back home.

So next week or in about 4 days I will be back on track. With no EXCUSES to get it in! Going to make my 5%$ this go around. Im less than 20 lbs away from my first goal. Time to push myself! I can and I will do this!

It quite possibly is a difference in the scale; I've had that happen to me before and it's an awful feeling to see those numbers! Just keep to your nutrition plan until you can get back to your normal fitness routine and it should keep your weight down. I know from experience; if I can't exercise I probably won't lose but if I keep eating right I won't gain either.
