Day #6 - on a Saturday

I got up and walked this morning!!! Oh my yes I did. I was out the door before 8 a.m. and walked. I set my timer to walk 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back. I had a destination point that I wanted to walk to which I estimated to take me about 30 minutes. It actually took me 27 to get there and about 27 to get back. I jogged a few times and one of the times I tried to jog up the hill. OMG what was I thinking...hey I was thinking YES I CAN!!!

I ended up not doing anything else today besides cleaning my room and washing clothes. Did not go out and run any errands, stayed in all day. It was rainy and cloudy so...

Well just wanted to document my walk today and I did 45 minutes on the treadmill with inclines yesterday and I strength trained upper and lower body.

Tomorrow I rest.
