Well, I am almost done with my first week of my life change...again. I was started by my dr. on a very low calorie and low carb diet for the first week and then it builds from there. it's amazing the detox your body goes through when you cut carbs completely out of your system. insane! I am finally starting to make it through. looking forward to boosting my calories to 1000-1200 next week and getting my friuts and veggies back! Yeah! Next week I will finally have enough calories to start going back to the gym. Can't wait. pretty motivated right now and I sure hope I can stay that way!
