I went to the gym and walked 5 k on the treadmill. Incline was set at 6 - 8 50% of the time, 3MPH. Not bad. Then I did my own work out in the pool--no classes on Saturday. Hardly anybody there. Fun. Since I missed yesterday's dance class, I just had my own.
