I've been having challenges with my cell phone for 8 months. The company 'replaced' it with a 'refurbished' one. It took 3 days for them to get it to me. If anything, the replacement phone is worse than the original! Yesterday, they 'guarenteed' me a phone that would work would be shipped overnight and I would receive it today. However, they did not let the delivery service know it was to be a Saturday delivery! When I tracked it, it's not set to delivery until 3 PM on Monday! I have had 6 calls in the past 2 days to the cell phone co. besides having to call the delivery co.
All I want is a working phone - is that too much to ask?
