These are my WEIGHT LOSS GOALS:
Starting Weight July 27 : 204.6 pounds
Goal Weight: 194.4 pounds
5% Goal: lose 10.2 pounds (about 1.3pounds weekly)

Week 1 Aug 3: (goal 203.3)
Week 2 Aug 10: (goal 202.0)
Week 3 Aug 17: (goal 200.7)
Week 4 Aug 24: (goal 199.4)
Week 5 Aug 31: (goal 198.1)
Week 6 Sept 7: (goal 196.8)
Week 7 Sept 14: (goal 195.5)
Week 8 Final Sept 21: (goal 194.2)

I plan
* to do at least 60 minutes of fitness activity daily
* stay within calorie range
* more of freggies
* participate actively in the challenge
