I finally got rid of pound 18! I was surprised to see though, that 19 went right behind it, bonus!!
So I have my calendar that I printed out at the beginning of the month to map out a fitness plan. I decided to log my weight on it too, every day. As I marked my new number on the square for today, I looked back over the month to see where I started. I was at 210, and now 203, nice work!! I was so excited to see that.
What a great boost! I think I'll do the calendar again for August, and draw up a new plan. I didn't follow everything I had intended at the beginning of the month, but I did most of it. I tried upping weights today on my workout, and I actually lifted a 20-lb dumb bell for one set of medium rows. Holy moly!! That was ambitious. I'm still using "mere" 3's for some of the other moves, but those ones I started doing without any weight at all.
Maybe for August I'll focus more on just ST instead of circuit-training, and break my cardio off from it. Really trying to keep from talking myself into buying another DVD! I should keep working with what I've got, there are a couple other videos I could work into the rotation to add variety.
Eating is all over the map! I switched my tracker to the "new" feature for a couple days, but I don't think I like it so I switched it back this morning. Very glad that they made it optional! I like the static ranges rather than trying to hit a moving target. Today I'm holding out, it's almost 3:30 and I've barely eaten 400 calories! Weird. Maybe I want a big dinner tonight!
