Where does the time go?

Saturday, July 27, 2013

This week we had no appointments to anchor time and time certainly has gotten away from me. It isn't like we were busy or anything, I just haven't paid any attention to time. So, meals were less planned. That's not a good thing for me. At least the dogs make sure that they get their exercise and since they can't go without me, they make sure I get my exercise too. Even my to-do lists have fallen by the wayside. Time to get back to basics around here!

I think sometimes for me losing track of time is a good thing! It gives me freedom! LOL!

That's great the dogs help you get moving! emoticon

Time to make some appointments with yourself! I think the clock spinning out of control is a universal thing especially for those of us who don't have to punch a clock but as you said, it's not good for us to not plan. I know you, you will change this before any damage is done! And thank goodness Charlie and Molly are your fitness coaches!

Time to get the train back on the track. I can certainly empathize with you. I've been completely out of whack the last couple weeks. But I guess understanding it doesn't give us an excuse to stay off track. Yup, I think it's back to tracking for both of us.

I can't understand it, I'm retired in Summer Vacation veg out mode. It's not doing me a bit of good either. Lets plan and record all of what we eat this week and rid our house of at least some of our excess. I'm actually planning a garage sale for Thursday -afternoon, since we have to do Erik's & my volunteering in the AM; Friday & Saturday. I pray I can empty out some of my garage and one of Erik's storage units.
Meanwhile, Monday I hope to put a few more things at the trash.
Are you on! Can we stay in range and eat wisely?

I'm with you! I'm far too unstructured lately, and that's not a good thing for me!

I'm sure it was nice to just float around this week, though... I could use some time like that myself! Unfortunately, when I'm not paying attention to time, I'm not prepping food either... and that almost always leads to trouble! :) Back to basics it is... me too!
