I've done clean eating for over 60 days and lots of results here. Weight is down 27 pounds from 276 to 248. I still have a good ways to go but definitely working. I also been exercising at least 4 days a week and trying ot be more active with gardening, taking stairs ect. I actually rode my horse for a little while yesterday. Even with a mounting block, mine is only a two stepper but I could not boost myself a year ago enough to get my leg over. I did it yesterday with one try. The leg exercises and weight lifting is helping. I am sore today but feeling pretty good about it. It just makes me want to lose more and how the door is opening for more active opportunities to life.
