I read something powerful yesterday it said if you cut out flour, sugar and high fructose corn syrup we would be cutting out 90% of processed foods. I thought I would try this. What I found is I have to give up all my condiments except hot sauce and mustard and I found HFCs is lurking in the most unassuming places. I will buy more lentils and whole grains to keep myself fuller. Glad I learned about this before I go on my 2 week trip to Arizona. I may not do it perfectly but I am going to do my very best to avoid processed foods.
