It has been 7 days now & my weight has been bouncing between 228 &229 lbs.
After reflecting on the situation I've come to the conclusion it's not what I'm eating but the amount I'm eating that is causing me a problem. I'm going to kick this problem in the butt before it gets out of control. Yesterday I decided to start using the food tracker again. Even though I have been watching what I eat the amount I eat is another story. Sometimes we think we are not eating much till we start tracking, measuring, & weighing everything that goes into our mouth. The results can be shocking!
I always had success with loosing weight when I was using the food tracker. I decided to start using it again even though it can be time consuming. More like a pain but using it does show results!
My weigh-in with BLC is Wednesday so we will see if I can get that scale down a pound by then!
