I'm not.
Saturdays are my days off. I'm always at a potluck on Saturday. Not all of them have salads.
So here's my plan, I'm going to eat a good breakfast and before lunch I'm going to get down a quart of water (at least 30 minutes prior). I'm going to attempt to eat A LOT of salad, then limit myself to one paper plate of food.

I'm planning on starting my calorie counting Sunday.

My mantra for this challenge will be, "One day at a time, one step at a time, one meal at a time."

Assignments #13 & #14 are DONE.

    DH & I were supposed to go to a BBQ dance party today, but called and cancelled. I just didn't want to begin the challenge having to be around all the libations and tons of yumminess. Decided to stay home, BBQ a rack of lamb and dance right here for exercise minutes. Besides DH had some extra work to catch up on before the Monday morning commute.
