Saturdays are my days off. I'm always at a potluck on Saturday. Not all of them have salads.
So here's my plan, I'm going to eat a good breakfast and before lunch I'm going to get down a quart of water (at least 30 minutes prior). I'm going to attempt to eat A LOT of salad, then limit myself to one paper plate of food.

I'm planning on starting my calorie counting Sunday.
My mantra for this challenge will be, "One day at a time, one step at a time, one meal at a time."
