Another week down,but I have gained 2 lbs. this week. Down 4.2 since my cheat on Tuesday though, so pretty happy overall. I got a little busy today, which is why I am making this blog while eating my chicken, tomatoes, and onions at 10: 17 p.m.
I have no idea if it is a coincidence, but my back started hurting a few weeks ago when I started upping carbs, and now that I am eating 24 net carbs, the pain is gone. I am back to walking 45-60 minutes a day, and biking a few times a week. I even swam laps once this week.
Now that I am back on track, I am hoping to hit 215 this week. I am eating almost 2000 calories a day, and losing quickly, so I think a drop of 3.8 should be easy. I am 218.8 right now. The first two will just be re-losing what I had already done last week, so I usually drop that easily.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is 80 and sunny here, so it couldn't get more perfect. It is going to rain tonight, which will keep it cool, and help me sleep better.
