My 3rd round of the 5% challenge starts tomorrow. I switched teams this round to the new Walkers, Runners, and Gadgets team! My goal is to exercise at least 10mins a day for the next 8weeks.
I also changed my 5K training program. I signed up for the walk/run one again, but realized it was way to easy for me now. I looked at the rookie running one and that one seemed a bit harder but still not much. So, I signed up for the running one, which still has some walking intervals in it so it won't be too hard for me.
My goal is to keep training for my upcoming virtual 5K mid August and then my real one at the end of September.
I will be blogging once a week to keep myself accountable. And to just keep everyone up to date on things.
