I am happy to report consistency has paid off. I am using the keys presented by Sparkpeople to maintain a commitment of excellence. Back to walking 3-5 miles per day. Last year I walked 10 miles on my birthday. My intent was 8 miles. Looking forward to do 9+ miles on my birthday Aug. 29. I have some serious work to do. Keep me in your prayers.
