Accountability Day...

So I gained a pound this week BUT I think that has to do with water retention more than anything I'm doing. My foot/ankle is now all better so I have no viable excuse as to why I didn't exercise this week other than time management. I get up at 7:20 am and work from 7:45 am until 11 pm so I'm not sure when to exercise...I guess I need advice on that. So I'm still trying! I'm also taking an idea from a friend and adding a pic of something that's motivating to me to these blogs (don't worry I asked her first lol.)

Can you walk on your lunch break? Take stairs? Remember when you first started how those little bursts added up? I think sometimes we get into an all or nothing mindset, when doing something is better than nothing.

    You have a very, very demanding job with long hours. I would do small "sprints" once an hour for 5 minutes and at the end of the day, add all the minutes together. You have a very tough schedule, my friend. God bless you. emoticon
