Yesterday I checked the scale and it read 273. Its been 6 weeks since really working at losing this weight. So that's close to 20 pounds give or take a pound for that "water weight" as they say.
I'm sticking to a healthy diet so I keep the muscle, continue to get stronger and lose the fat. Consuming enough protein (mostly from food but I do get extra help from a protein powder) the right fat and healthy carbs like from vegetables.
Now, I know.. people like on those weight loss shows lose that much in a week. Well, I haven't really worked hard at working out just yet.. this time around my nutrition was my focus and hey.. I've already dropped about 20 lbs.
My plan of action is to get down to 225 by October 20th 2013, around there. Its not as hard this time around.
This time next year I'll be at my goal weight. Taking it nice and slow. Building those healthy eating habits, and learning about what type of workouts I should be doing to get the best benefits.
Just a few more rambles to end the day.
