Have been down and out lately. Have not been very social and not very motivated. Work has been slow and I worry if I'll still have a job to go to in the near future. Been feeling lonely. Not surprisingly I had a tough time keeping up with my exercise regimen and tracking my food.

Even though I did not feel like it, yesterday I went to a weekly meeting of a sci-fi group I belong to. I felt more like an observer than a participant. But it was nice to reconnect with friends. It succeeded in lifting my spirits.

As always, I am back. A set back doesn't mean failure. I have managed to maintain the little weight loss I have achieved so far, so at least I did not gain during this recent slip up. I just wasn't motivated to track anything at all.

I was able to get a little exercise in today. Took a walk at lunch time. Did a short low-impact video on SP. Getting the ball rolling again.

    Great Job getting back on track! Everyone I know has ups and down on the way to their goals. May I ask what sort of Sci-Fi are you into? I'm a fan of older space exploration kind of stuff. In fact as I'm writing I'm watching Star Trek on Netflix.
