14: Whole 30 Journey

emoticon 265 [ emoticon 13.4] [21 pounds since injury]

2 weeks!! Almost halfway to a whole 30! emoticon

Woke up at 6:45 today and made myself bacon and eggs- that's right, no excuses over here! Left for work at 7:15,punched in just before 8 and worked until 12:40. Got home about 1:10. Enjoyed a nice shower while DH made me lunch. I had a hamburger (with no bun obviously) and green beans.

Laid down to relax for about 30 minutes before going to my chiropractic appointment. I got an adjustment and then did something new- tried out the rolling table. It felt weird at first but it was interesting. It's supposed to stretch out the spine and work on the muscles.

Looking forward to relaxing tonight and watching some movies with DH. Not sure what is on the agenda for the weekend, I have a lot of things that I want to do but we shall see what I actually can get done. emoticon

    Your last sentence is so totally me! I make a list every morning. Every night, there are things on the list that I move to the next day's list. But at least I feel a little better knowing I have crossed off a few things. Have a great weekend.
