So I'm feeling blah and have been for the last couple of days. Getting the motivation to do exercise is... really difficult at the moment. A part of me knows, knows, knows that the instant I finish the yoga routine, I'll feel better, but there is another part of me that just doesn't want to do it.

Guess which part I've been listening to.

No, that is unfair to me. I did do at least some yoga all week until today. And I still have time to do it today too.

I'm just feeling blah.

I need to find my motivation again.

I read a blog earlier where the blogger posted the list of reward for him/herself. I think I'll do the same. Maybe if I have the list posted, I'll actually feel something.

Weight loss: Reward:
10lbs 30 minute facial
15 lbs new piece of make up or roller ball of perfume
20 lbs 60 minute massage
25 lbs new bottle of favorite perfume
30lbs (goal weight) 1 new outfit
Maintenance for 1 month 60 minute massage

Lets see if this works.
