peanut butter....especially natural crunchy. If it was calorie-free, I'd eat it by the spoonful. Like everything else, moderation is the key. I only eat half a sandwich, since a whole would be over 600 calories total just for lunch!
My meal consisted of 1 tbsp natural pb, 2 pbsp Polaner all fruit strawberry spread (I like mine thick) on Healthy Life Farmers 12-grain bread, 90 cal. per slice. Included 2 cups steamed cauliflower with little salt, pepper & ground cumin. Cut up a medium peach & I'm good to go!
